Minutes of the Vermont PTG Chapter - Business Meeting

Call to order
This business meeting of the Vermont Chapter was called to order by Cameron Steinmetz at 8:07 pm.
Attendance/Quorum
Members in attendance were Cameron Steinmetz, Justin Rose, Emily Rose and Rose Kinnick.
Business
The primary purpose of this meeting was to finalize votes on a web designer for the new chapter website. A total of 3 votes (including emailed votes) were cast for Allison Steinmetz’s proposal and 4 votes for Radiance Studios. The decision was made to proceed with Radiance Studios. Next steps in this process will be discussed at the next online chapter meeting on Thursday, Dec. 12 at 8:00 pm.
Rose Kinnick offered to serve as the chapter Council delegate at the National Convention in 2025, unless another member wishes to do so. According to Standing Rules in our chapter bylaws, “The Chapter may bear all or part of the delegate’s and/or alternate’s expenses when attending the Council Meeting.”
The subject of raising chapter dues was discussed. Vermont Chapter dues have not been raised in many years and are currently only $20.00.
