Minutes of the Vermont PTG Chapter - Business Meeting

Call to order

This business meeting of the Vermont Chapter was called to order by Cameron Steinmetz at 8:10 pm.

Attendance/Quorum

Members in attendance were Cameron Steinmetz, Justin Rose, Emily Rose, Ed Hilbert, Emily Hilbert and Patrick Branstetter.

Business

1. A deadline to vote from a selection of web designers for the new VT chapter site was set for a meeting on Friday, 11/22.

2. Future Zoom business meeting dates were set:

   • Thursday, Dec. 12 at 8:00 pm

   • Thursday, March 13 at 8:00 pm

3. Future chapter events and classes were discussed:

   • A possible chapter trip to Pianos Bolduc in Montreal in May, 2025

   • A tuning class at The Piano Gallery in North Ferrisburgh led by Patrick Branstetter is planned for Saturday, Jan. 25 from 12:00-4:00 pm.

4. Investment of funds from the Chapter bank account was discussed. Justin and Emily Rose agreed to gather more information for continued discussion.

5. The creation of a VT PTG Resource Library was discussed. This would include written materials and educational items such as action models and tools.
